Mr. Carl Cook

Mr. Cook retired from the Army as a Major in November 2018 after more than 20 years of active duty. Since his retirement, he has been teaching ROTC courses. He was commissioned as a Transportation Corps Officer on May 11, 2001, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Austin Peay State University. His military education includes the Army Transportation Officer Course, the Combined Logistics Captains Career Course, and the Intermediate Level Education Course. Throughout his career, Mr. Cook has held several leadership positions, including Platoon Leader, Company Commander, and Brigade Logistics Officer. He has completed four combat tours (one in Iraq and three in Afghanistan) and one overseas tour in Germany. Additionally, Mr. Cook has completed 33 credits towards a Master of Military Science degree at American Military University. He finished the Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course in December 2018 and renewed it in December 2023.
